Developing high-stakes content strategy for one of the world's most visible brands. This work focused on maintaining brand integrity and engagement across volatile social environments. By combining strategic oversight with direct production, we ensured that every asset served the broader brand narrative while remaining agile enough to respond to cultural moments in real-time.

Netflix | Choice-Driven Engagement

We increased engagement by building interactivity directly into the feed. We gave viewers choices and used emoji voting to move the audience from passive viewing to active participation. This turned standard promotional posts into interactive experiences that worked with, rather than against, platform behaviors to increase results.

As the co-founder of Lo & Behold, I built a media destination where social was the primary engine of engagement. We utilized social platforms as the front line where the audience actually interacted with the content. The secret was a strategy rooted in original features and editorials designed to celebrate Aotearoa where the audience already lived. By producing platform-first fashion reportage, podcasts, and video, we proved that every post is a strategic entry point into a wider ecosystem, ensuring the content did the heavy lifting.
